Hey guys, I am doing a new routine. I broke up my leg day cause I really wanna focus on building my lower half while maintaining my upper so here it goes....
Monday-Cardio/Abs
Tuesday- Quads/calfs
Wed- Chest/tricep/shoulers
Thursday- Cardio/abs
Friday- Hamstring/glutes
Sat - Back/lats/biceps
Sunday- OFF
Repeat.

Bench Press: Current: 210lbs Goal: 225lbs
Deadlift: Current: 442.5lbs (World Record) Goal: 500lbs
Military Press: Current: 120lbs Goal: 135lbs
Squat: Current: 372.5lbs Goal: 400lbs
