    Wink New Routine Here!

    Hey guys, I am doing a new routine. I broke up my leg day cause I really wanna focus on building my lower half while maintaining my upper so here it goes....

    Monday-Cardio/Abs

    Tuesday- Quads/calfs

    Wed- Chest/tricep/shoulers

    Thursday- Cardio/abs

    Friday- Hamstring/glutes

    Sat - Back/lats/biceps

    Sunday- OFF

    Repeat.

    Deadlift: Current: 442.5lbs (World Record) Goal: 500lbs
    Military Press: Current: 120lbs Goal: 135lbs
    Squat: Current: 372.5lbs Goal: 400lbs

    Prolly want to seperate chest and tris and back and bis to prevent over working.. you can prolly do chest and back on one day and bi and tries on another day
