Did my greek yogurt go bad?

I had two tubs of greek yogurt but I forgot to put them in the fridge for about 6 hours. Now I opened it and it has a wierd taste. I'm not sure if its because its greek yogurt or it went bad? I've never had greek yogurt so I'm not sure what to expect taste wise.

It definitely tastes different than regular yogurt. I thought the same thing when I got mine the first time. I cant eat it without berries in it.

Its fine. I've left Greek yogurt out for over a day, refrigerated it again, ate it a week later. Yogurts and most cheeses don't go bad that quickly.

They have a lot of stuff built into them to help preserve them. Unless they were left out in the sun and heat you should be good to go.

Greek yogurt just tastes different. And you definitely would know if it went bad. It looks kind of like cottage cheese and tastes reasonably chalky.

It will be fine. If your bowels say otherwise, lesson learned.
