A newbie in need of advice

Hi, im kind of new to counting macros. I've been doing ir for about 8 weeks while cutting, and managed to lose close to 18 pounds. Im 18 years old, 5'7 and 143 lbs right now. In the past i was very overweight, like 195 lbs. So i started to go to the gym.
Im at the point where i dont know if i should stay on this diet and keep loosing weight since i still have some fat left or start bulking, since i think 143 lbs is pretty low even for my height. I'd say that im around 17% bf.
This is my current split: 2000 calories, 150 g protein, 200g carbs, 67g fat. I used to be at 1800 calories but i was loosing too much weight so i added 200 more calories, and im going to add 100 cals per week for 3 more weeks or so.

I had this same problem bud. I was roughly 140 lbs at 5'9. My best advice is, EAT! I started eating and lifting heavy and it changed my life. I ended up doubling my calorie intake (2,000 to 4,500) and I went to 175 lbs and 7% body fat in only three months.

Eat good, Eat a lot, lift HEAVY!
