    Protein 676 Calories (169 g)
    Carbohydrates 1,116 Calories (279 g)

Why are my carbohydrates so high, aren't they suppose to be low during a cut? (Assuming I did the calculations correctly)
because you are eating the bare min fat and protein levels
    feel free to increase either

Ok will that help with what? Just overall health? And would green beans be good enough for more vegetables?

    Diet help

Hi all! I am pretty new to this stuff and need some guidance even though I feel like I've done tons of research.

I am a female, 6'1", 150 lbs with a rough estimate of 15% bf (?). I think I should be focusing on building muscle, not cutting fat since my muscle mass is so low and my fat is not outrageous. Would like some muscle definition, not focused on losing weight.

    Current diet:
    Calories: 1520
    Protein: 125 grams
    Fats: 60 grams
    Carbs: 120 grams

I have always had a good metabolism, and I am fairly active. Workout 5x/week mostly lifting weights with minimal cardio. Thx!
