Well i finished my tub of cellmass about 6 weeks ago and i had decent results in strength and i feel as if i look fuller and my recovery went good. Well on friday i got a good deal and bought another tub.
I always took my cellmass after my workout but i work out late and then hit the hay..basically it sucks because after i workout i take my whey and eat but cellmass should be on an empty tummy.
So my question is would it still be effective if taken before i workout?
