Well i finished my tub of cellmass about 6 weeks ago and i had decent results in strength and i feel as if i look fuller and my recovery went good. Well on friday i got a good deal and bought another tub.
I always took my cellmass after my workout but i work out late and then hit the hay..basically it sucks because after i workout i take my whey and eat but cellmass should be on an empty tummy.
So my question is would it still be effective if taken before i workout?

I used to take mine only after workout.
I was talking to a fellow that owns a supplement store and he advised me on taking it during workout. I now stack it with 1 scoop of whey, 2 scoops of jack3d before workout and then I also take it after I work out or sometime before I go to sleep. I have een doing this for about a week and really feel good during and after my gym time.**KNEE DRAGGERS UNITE**

With the price of cellmass, I would only take it post workout. A common pre-workout supplement stacked with cellmass is no-xplode (also made by BSN).
