Well, he was half black half white, and they say his father was a white Canadian

^^ He's shaking so bad because of all the different stuff in his system at the time. His health deteriorated as his career went on. I think he blew out his thyroid later in his career and he would exhale uncontrollably when he spoke.

Paul Dillet had the greatest genetics to ever walk on the Olympia stage. He simply did not have the posing or the face (srs) to become number one.

not sure about the face but i do understand your point in that top competitors in a sport built around how you look, should have an appealing look to them as well. Anyway, i also heard, not sure if true or not, that dillett had some of the best genetics (similar to levrones) but didn't always put 100% into his training and dieting and partied alot. He could lose his muscle and blow up in a matter of a few months and be ready to compete, much like kevin levrone did. Many believe that he could've been better had he put more into it. Like i said, i'm not sure of the source but i remember reading something that referenced that.

that's not controversial at all. If he were not even in the top 5, then maybe. He probably has the best combination of size and aesthetics ever. The only reason I disagree is b/c I think a few guys beat him in overall genetics: Ronnie, Dorian, Chris Cormier, and Sergio Oliva

Ronnie at his prime also had 40-50 lbs over a prime Flex. At the Mr. Olympia level, a difference like that isn't b/c of superior training but superior genetics
