No compounds like squats or leg presses at all, how bad aesthetically and heathwise would this be?

Why the fack would you ask a "Hypotheticall" question.?
Heres and idea, you know that thing at the top of your screen its square and says "search" on it. Yeah there you go, you see it? Why dont you actually use that damn thing and quit expecting people to feed you like your a damn baby. I here people say the only stupid question is the one you didnt ask.....that is a lie. 395/520/650 from 3" deficit @235.

That would neglect your glutes, calves, abductors and adductors so you'd be building up some major muscular imbalances. Also whatever strength you may gain from this will be quite small compared to if you did a more well rounded leg routine that involved all the muscles. Can't really see many (if any) benefits from this.
Strength + Speed = Power
If you never fail, you aren't truly pushing yourself to the limit. If you never push yourself to the limit, how do you know what you're truly capable of?

You would be able to kick someone really hard from a seated position. You'd also be really good at picking up something with your ankle and lifting it toward your butt. Thats about it.

as other people have said, you would be good at kicking people from a seated position and youd be good at picking stuff up with your ankle.
however, i believe that if all you did was bicep barbell curls it would be very practical, no matter what people said, if u were eating a surplus and going heavy on them. You WOULD increase your bicep size and it would relate to everyday life. But you probably would get fat because your training nothing else.

lol yes i know. i was just using an isolation for a different bodypart as another example. Like when people say squat to work your biceps or other stupid stuff like that, im saying you actually could get big arms by doing arm isos such as barbell curls, if you were eating a surplus and there was weight progression. and these would be useful in everyday life.

if you threw some leg presses in you wouldn't be doing all that bad. Squats are great but plenty of people have built great strength and legs without them. Alot of people can't do them for many reasons and it's not the end of the world.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

From my observation and research I tend to find the great builds have always built their bread and butter with heavy squats, deadlifts and bench presses, and once the mass is built (and from the increased risk of injury due to insane poundages) they usually switch over to leg presses and other machines like hack squats as their main movements

You're neglecting a lot if that is all you do. I was only able to do leg ext and curls, but did Sldlifts also. I had good development and my legs grew, but when I was finally able to squat, It was pretty weak compared to other lifts. Just because you can do heavy leg ext and curls does not mean you will have a good squat if you ever decide to do them, so your legs are missing out if it's all you do.
