    i piss a few times during training. is this good? i get thirsty lifting.

    That's certainly plenty. That's actually probably enough for yor whole day, so yuo might be overdoing it a bit. It probably won't hurt you, of course, but I wouldn't do any more than yo're doing now. Hydration lies in a delicate balance

    That is a lot....if you're that thirsty it's fine, but I'd look at what your daily intake is as a whole and see how much you drink before you lift to see if you're dehydrated going in.

    I drink 2-2.5L whilst training only problem is I spend the day in the toilet as that plus more fluid intake through the day lol

    That kind of souds like a lot... but probably better to get a little too much than too little. if you're drinking a TON and sweating too you can end up with hyponatremiia, so if you get dizzy and stuff you might be drinking too much. You'll be able to feel it though probably!

    3 liters is a lot during training, are you doing cardio?

    no i have a 2000watt radiator on next to me as im lifting and between sets i sit real close to it and i sweat a lot.

    I usually drink 32 oz of water, and thats not enough, bc I end up drinking another bottle when I get home. I do sweat like crazy though, so I'm sure that has something to do with it.
