    There is a slight problem:

my triceps get hit on each of my three WO's be it indirectly (bench, military, CGBP) or directly (extensions, pushdowns)

And I have a feeling that adding in dips would be overtraining. But I don't know if dips>CGBP or dips<CGBP.

Once again, your unhelpful comments have no place here. I've stated that I've READ through the SS site and frequently ask question on there too.

GTFO of my threads, I checked your posts - and I realised that you have no goals, you never say what you are, why your here, what sport you do, etc. You never post your lifts or your creds, and comment on seemingly random combos of threads. "Your throws suck" - good input? No, it's not. Why? Becuase they don't suck. In the UK, that puts me at a top level - and I made them all, from standing, without a coach.

"Get on Rippetoes now" - the program I've been doing for the past year which stopped working? The program wich DOESNT improve throws once lifts start to slow down (in terms of bar speed).

Well the slow lifts (squat, deadlift) make you better at the fast lifts (powersnatch, powerclean) which make you better at throwing.

And if that's the level in the UK then ok I guess.
