Without knowing your goals, your routine, your schedule, your lift numbers, your experience, your weakpoints, it is definitly hard to recommend much of anything.
Lifts are just tools to improve weaknesses, we have no idea what your weaknesses are.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Once again, your unhelpful comments have no place here. I've stated that I've READ through the SS site and frequently ask question on there too.
GTFO of my threads, I checked your posts - and I realised that you have no goals, you never say what you are, why your here, what sport you do, etc. You never post your lifts or your creds, and comment on seemingly random combos of threads. Your signature is trying to convince us all your not a troll (classic sign of a troll).COMPETITION BESTS:

Son, I was just trying to help you by posting an article on good lifts for throwers.
I never make any claims because I'm not going to back them up so what's the point? You can take my input or leave it, I don't care.Last edited by godsangina2; 11-27-2010 at 08:01 PM.

"Your throws suck" - good input? No, it's not. Why? Becuase they don't suck. In the UK, that puts me at a top level - and I made them all, from standing, without a coach.
"Get on Rippetoes now" - the program I've been doing for the past year which stopped working? The program wich DOESNT improve throws once lifts start to slow down (in terms of bar speed).COMPETITION BESTS:
