I'm a 14 yr. old Freshmen in highschool. I played JV football this year and i had a great season. I play CB and RB. I think I am ready to make the transition to varsity next season. I am going to do the stronglifts 5x5 workout routine. My goals are to get my weight up to atleast 165 but I really wanna hit 170 by August. i believe my goals are attainable.
My current Stats/Goals are:
Stronglifts 5x5 is kinda like rippetoe's so i am not gonna start off with those maxes because they are 1 rpm, so probably gonna start off kinda light. Gonna do my first workout on Monday!!!!
