Two years ago I partially tore my achilles tendon. it is thicker and stretched out slightly, had no surgery as well.

My question is that the lower part of the calf , closest to the achilles tendon/heel has shrunk/atrophied. The upper part of the calf is bigger/wider than the other unijured tendon which is longer r and thicker towards the achilles. What excercises can I do i n order to increase the bulk of the lower part of the calf on the calf that was injured?

I am also considering using super Cissus, will that possibly shrink the thickened achilles tendon, remove scar tissue?
