Out with the old, in with the NEW!

Ah, finally, I have decided to turn my life around. I have been on bb for over a month now, learning all sort of tips and lessons on how to gain muscle and mass. I have had lots of questions and by doing a little research, most of them were answered.

I am 23 currently, and only 124 pounds. Sucks big time!! I'm a hard gainer, have been 120-124 for the past 3 years, but I understand my problem. I gotta eat to be big which I havent been doing and its time I fix myself up..

I am muslim, so eating everything is not something I can do, i have to watch every food I eat but that isnt the issue.

I aim on eating 6000 cals a day, something I'll greatly struggle with but Im sure I can achieve that target..

Currently not attending school, starting a part time job from next wednesday. So i'll have lots of time to eat and work out.. I plan on starting with SS routine and go along with that..

    Workout A:
    Squat-3x5
    Bench Press-3x5
    Deadlift-1x5
    *2x8 Dips

    Workout B:
    Squat-3x5
    Standing Military Press-3x5
Power Cleans(or Bent Over Barbell Rows)-3x5
    *2x8 Chinups(palms facing you)

    Week 1:
    Day 1: Workout A
    Day 2: Rest
    Day 3: Workout B
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Workout A
    Day 6: Rest
    Day 7: Rest

    Week 2
    Day 1: Workout B
    Day 2: Rest
    Day 3: Workout A
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Workout B
    Day 6: Rest
    Day 7: Rest

    Rotate between weeks 1 & 2.
    -------------------------------

I dont have a planned eating schedule but something along these lines:

    10-12 eggs
    PB with Whole Wheat bread
    Apple Juice
Gonna try GOMAD with 1 gallon
    Almonds/nuts
    Protien bars
    Whey Protien
Will make a banana + eggs shake
    Fruits (Banana's, Apples, Grapes, Pears)
Water (Atleast 10 500 ML bottles)
    + Chicken/Beef/Pasta/Salads/
(cant eat sea food/ never been able to so tuna/fish is out of the picture)
    Oatmeal
Creatine (Not sure if i need to at this point)
    ------------

I'll add on to that list since i'm sure im getting somethings..

Any advice will be welcomed greatly! Im a noob, dont know many things or terms when it comes to buidling muscles or mass..

My goal is to go from 124 to 160!!

I have been to the gym but only for a few weeks, so I knw nothing about working out.. I have purchased SS's books and DvD's, hopefully will get it in a week's time.

I will start eating my 6000 cals from today, and Hopefully start working out a week from today!

Wish me luck and any advice is good advice!

Id say at your weight id try to hit 3 -4000 calories. Hitting 6000 would be really hard. I am barely reaching 3000 and im eat around 6 times a day. And yes that would definitely help before you go to sleep,

I usually try to eat 2 peanut butter sandwhiches and a cup of chocolate milk before i go to bed. You get around 31 grams of protein fro it also!

That sounds like a good plan.. I dunno.. i Wanna gain and I wanna gain fast.. hence the 6000 cals..

I think rather than eating 2 peanut butter sandwichs, i can aim for 4 and triple the choco milk .. yeah ill feel bloated but thats fine..

    Thanks for ur tips!
