    Weird Chest Shape

    Good Day to all,

    I've notice that my chest shape is not even. its mainly around my inner chest. Is there anything i can do to even it out? i've tried doing decline dumbbell presses

    I wouldnt stress about it man, a lot of people aren't perfectly symetrical. It's just the way it is. If it isn't genetic, it'll work itself out over time. If it is, then it's just something that makes you unique.

    mmm bad form on bench, watch some videos on proper form and your chest will even out. Your dominant side is controlling the bar too much.

    looks ok to me, add mass to fill everything out. my chest has wide insertion points and it sucks but at least I am building it outward.

    Thumbs up ...

    Stick to using dumbbells for your pressin so both sides of your chest are gettin worked equally, as aposed to using the olympic bar for your pressin' where your strong side as havin to do more work as to compensate for the weaker. Overtime your weak side is going to catch up to the stronger and the shape will start to appear more visable. same goes for your flies, use dumbbels as apposed to machines. Remember that most exercises are more about form and technique rather then how much your pressing/flyin' . .

    I'm right handed, there's clearly a difference in my right bicep and left bicep, the right peaks much nicer, the left is more spread out meh.. nothing out of the normal. but what's weird is my left pec is larger and more defined VS my right pec.

    I find that really weird, either way, in time I expect them to both even out.
