I want to start up on a cycle of creatine and i was wondering if the generic meijer brand creatine is allright. I was going to get optimum nutrition creatine at wallmart but they didn't have it =(. I mean isn't creatine, creatine? I don't want to pay shipping for only optimum nutrition creatine online because its about eh same price as the product but if meijer is no good then i'll do it. What do you guys think?

You should save your money and buy a tub of creatine monohydrate from here. Or any other supplement store in your area that you like. I bought a tub of Higher Power micronized creatine from bb.com 1000 grams for $18. No creatine has ever been proven to work better in independent studies than monohydrate. Only in studies done by companies trying to push their gimmick. Buy creatine monohydrate in bulk. You'll love it and save money.

I picked up some of the Bodylogix creatine yesterday. No complaints as it's fairly concentrated and easy to drink down. Body Fortress was also available, but it had half the servings and twice the volume. The Body Fortress is however mixed with a few BCAA's and other supps. This time I decided to steer clear of the pre-mixed creatine. Meijer had great prices on their other supps though. Definitely recommend it.

your safest bet is going with a creatine monohydrate. its the most studied and widely used form of creatine. There are 2 different manufactures, one is chinese based and the other is germany based (creapure). Creapure is the purest form with the least amount of toxins and it has the consistency of sugar while the chinese made has the consistency of a flour. Personally ive used both and saw noticable differences, one being alot less bloat with creapure
good luck!
