I managed to mix up my D4 thermal shock and Triazole pills in my pill box and currently have no way of discerning between the two since they are both yellow, same size, and have NO markings on them to tell which is which!!
Does anyone have a way of being able to tell, without me accidentally overdosing on D4!!

Are the same exact color? If not, you can obviously compare to caps in the respective bottle. If not, you may need to open them/weigh them (if you have happen to have a mcg scaleOriginally Posted by Dstew419
