Do you do the same workout when cutting as when bulking? I went from 135lbs to 175lbs.
Want to get down to about 8%bf.
Do you change your workout when cutting or do the same thing? Cause I figured it may be different since strength gains will be much harder.
I have always done full body 3x week workouts.
Thinking about a 3day split to hopefully keep most my strength while cutting.
Chest/Tris
Back/Bis
Shoulders/Legs
Any suggestions?
