    Thumbs up Optimum Gold Standard 100% protein or Optimum Serious Mass?

    According to my weight(166lbs) and height(5'8), i need 3000 cal per day in order to gain muscle, BUT 3000 cal is really just a mission impossible to me! I don't really like to eat, let alone 3000 cal!
    I'm using gold standard now, and i'm thinking about maybe i can take Optimum Serious Mass help me to reach the cal goal, and then use gold standard to reach my protein gold.
    I think I might only take Optimum Serious Mass 2 times a day, cuz i don't want get fat! And then 3 times of Optimum Serious Mass after every meal.
    Do u guys think this is gonna work? Or this is only gonna make me FAT!!! Please I don't wanna be fat. And I'm kinda confused when i see the word "Weight Gainer", is it gonna gain my muscle weight or fat weight?
    I need help pls.

    -----------------------------EXTRA QUESTION--------------------------
    I heard some1 says that u can only gain muscle by tear up ur muscle fibers( and this is true, i know), but then they says one way u can tell ur muscle is been teared up is when u feel u can't lift ur arm anymore.....it is true? Cuz i remember I read a article about this and it says tear up ur muscle fibers doesn't mean u have to lift weight until u feel like u can't lift ur arm anymore. Because every time when I workout I didn't get the feeling of I can lift my arm anymore. i do feel i can't lift with weight on my arm anymore, but after several mins i can lift with weight again. So after I did a biceps curl and I can still move my arms, does it mean I didn't shock my muscle enough?

    Also to answer your second question, the longer you train with a specific routine the less soreness you will experience. The only soreness I ever get is from squats or if I change up my routine.

    Lol also when you experience not being able to lift that last rep in your set, it's because you use up all your ATP which regenerates within a few min. creatine can help increase the availability of ATP.

    But i hate peanut butter.... I don't eat enough of food, can i use Optimum Serious Mass to help me reach that calories goal and carb goal? I figured out that be an easy way to do than stuff myself 6 meals a day until I feel like throw up.
