    Mass/Strength & Power Cycle - Hemorage Ultra, USN IGF-1, Creatine Mono, Waxy Maize

    Sup guys,

    First post here so bare with me haha, always read the forums and used site for loads of things really such as exercises, nutritional indexes and general articles so thought I may as well create an account. Live in the UK but lived in South Africa for 10 years, am a Gym Instructor currently working towards Personal Training.

    So, in 2 weeks I'm heading back to SA for the Xmas holidays for 5 weeks so I thought what a better opportunity to do some hard training, away from work, the female, much higher temperature (30 - 45 degrees Celcius at this time of year!) and a much lower altitude (Current (Yorkshire): 1000 feet up, There (Hermanus/Cape Town): 0 feet up). So the conditions look favourable for some heavy training, with more oxygen for heavier weights and increased temperatures to help keep me lean.

    Supplements I have chosen for this and which I'll be experimenting with and reviewing are:

    Nutrex Hemorage Black Ultra Concentrate - heard a lot about it, previously had Jack3d, NO-Xplode, Superpump, Black Powder and NaNO Vapour.

    USN IGF-1 Pure Protein - morning/post WO, I know this has already been reviewed a lot yes but have never tried it for a long time so thought I may as well as comments seem good, have been using Pharma Whey, Myprotein(.co.uk)'s own Whey and Bodybuildingwarehouse(.co.uk)'s own whey, have also tried ON Nitrocore and Reflex's Instant Whey.

    Dymatize Elite 12 Hour - evening/mid morning and may experiment as a post WO, have again heard a lot of good feedback but not really read any in depth reviews so thought I'd make one.

    Maxx Essentials' Waxy Maize - heard a lot about it, relatively new hype on waxy maize made me want to experiment with it, don't see too many reviews about it so thought I'd give it a go as has had good feedback from locals.

    Creatine Mono 100% - morning/post WO, pure mono from Bodybuildingwarehouse(.co.uk), nothing fancy just thought I'd list it as it will ultimately be another factor in my training.

    I go out there on the 8 December in 2 weeks and will be starting my log once as soon as I get there. Currently I'm using Jack3d, Bodybuildingwarehouse's own whey and mono and then some Green Tea leaves I got from a mate in Beijing. I've been on the mono and Jack3d for the past 7 weeks roughly and will stop taking those 1 week before I leave so my body can clear itself a bit for the new stuff and I will of course be monitoring my diet, weight and measurements during this phase.

    So, sorry for the schlep of an intro but here are some current stats:

    Lifts:
    Bench: 289 lb (131.4 kg)
    Squat: 294 lb (133.6 kg) Barbell Rows: 179 lb (81.4 kg)
    Deadlift: 274 lb (124.5 kg) Overhead Press: 128 lb (58.2 kg)

    Ok guys, some updates!

    Got my supplements literally 18 hours after I'd ordered them with free delivery as well so was extremely happy when they arrived from thesupplementstore(.co.uk). I know this won't apply to most of you but I thought the service was fantastic! They even included a free 120 Capsule supply of Nutrex's Lipo-6 (which I have started this morning) and copies of Muscle Mag and Maximum Fitness so 5 stars from me!

    Anyway so I decided to get some photos taken this morning! I've had to put them on my bodyspace as I've not been around long enough yet and you're going to have to forgive the facial expressions and amateur quality of them as I have never done any kind of before/after photos before. Have tried to do them like body builder poses as best I can but as you can most likely see I haven't much of clue, a good example would be my attempts at a lat spread lol. Oh well!
