Creatine isn't a pre-workout and shouldn't have any immediate impact on a workout. If you were thinking it should this might be where your problems with it lie.
ZMA is just going to help you sleep a little deeper most likely, won't help your gains really nor will it boost your test. Also, you can just buy the vitamins individually and save a boatload.Latest Reviews:

Yeah i know what creatine does but i never felt the increase in atp during my sessions as compared to when i was off it.
ahh true didn't know about the sleep thing thanks for more info mate, the onyl reason i would take it is for the suuposed increase in protein synthesis and bone formation and i guess now the deeper sleep. But they say we get enough zinc in diet and supplimenting with it doesnt improve much.Wiiiiise guy.

Lol, protein synthesis and bone formation from ZMA. Marketing sure does get out of hand
You'd have to be very deficient to notice any sort of real benefits outside the deeper sleep from zma. IMO it's one of the larger wastes of money. Not quite as crappy as Arg/Glut/CEE though.Latest Reviews:

I believe ZMA was patented by Victor Conte, notable from the Barry Bonds controversy. From what I've read the studies were flawed and there exists no scientific evidence of ZMA's ability to increase testosterone or affect body composition.
It may prove useful if you're losing too many of the minerals from exertion."Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have."--Ronald Reagan

MST produces a quality ZMA product called ZMK as others have mentioned.
As someone mentioned, the Somnidren will also help aid in sleep and gh production.
As far as ZMA's ability to raise test, it doesn't raise test directly, and it works if your body is depleted of zinc and magnesium. It helps keep your t levels boosted to normal, so it isn't going to work like a regular test booster.Youtube.com/LiftingDad
