    Question Gatorade + Creatine

Would it be a good idea to take creatine and gatorade together. I used SizeOn 6 months ago as an intra workout and it did a good job, but its pretty pricey.

Would gatorade mixed with creatine be a good cheap intra workout drink? If not when would be the best time to take creatine and gatorade together?

Thanks for the input, would it be just as good to take it with gatorade, I have read that taking it with gatorade may not be a good idea because of the citric acid

Thanks for your input, i was just wondering because I was reading that if you use creatine and gatorade as an intraworkout, the creatine will sit too long in the gatorade and the citric acid that is in the gatorade will turn the creatine to creatinine

It really doesn't matter what you take it with. Gatorade just adds carbs and electrolytes.
