Does adding more water than what is written in the directions make your shake less effective...??
Is diluting the mixture to reduce the thickness going to make the intake less effective?

So another question would be...
If my mass gainer has say 50g protein should I be splitting my shake up and drinking half of it then the rest of it a couple of hours later?
