    Overbuilt traps

Hey just wondering if there are a few exercises I could perform that could help compensate for overbuilt traps? More so the lower traps. Working construction seems to be putting constant stress on my traps and I feel like I am in jeopardy of getting caveman syndrome if I do not seek a solution! Much thanks

You can target the surrounding musculature in addition to shoulders/chest etc.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

I agree, you should work your shoulders and chest more to balance things out

Q: Is your name Johnnie O. Jackson?

A1: Yes? Then stop training your traps so much and work on getting everything else up to their level.

A2: No? Keep training everything hard as hell and thank god for your assets.
