I am speaking towards the majority demographic of this board, the ones that make the "hi i just started working out im a bicep warrior wat do/eat lol?" threads. Same goes for the people that ask similar questions day after day. And the ****s that ignore the stickies.
My UserCP looks like christmas. Half greens from people loling/enjoying what i say, half reds from low-rep people who think i'm disrespectful/blunt/condescending. oh, and the e-statters. they hate me.
Yah, I'm a total asshat. I won't lie about being rude/condescending - but I honestly think that the people who get it, are either incompetent or trolls. If they bothered to put in effort to research a little bit about the sport, they wouldn't be asking such silly questions.
Back to first word of thread: The reason many educated people around here simply reply to all the stupidasphuck questions the way they do is because noobs do not understand the concept of balance. "Eat and squat" is so common because if a bicep warrior asks how to effectively train arms (which is a valid question) and is given the proper answer, what are they gonna do? Train DA FUK out of their arms. If a noob wants to know how to balance a training split properly, and is told that chest/bicep training can be done 2x a week if performed properly, they're gonna go overboard. Same goes for eating, "eat more" is the staple because they either don't wanna count, or have the appetite of birds.
Those that have bothered to read the words of wiser people understand these principles and how to make them work effectively, and thus have much better progression. There is nothing wrong with curling, or training abs. Or, god forbid, not squatting. can you tell this to a novice and expect them to understand these things without grasping the reasoning/methodology? No. It's safer, easier and less of a headache to simply tell them to stfu, do SS and/or eat more. Because it will work.

Im going to be honest, for the most part OP youve annoyed the **** out of me reading some of your posts...
But I completely agree with this post. These boards in the teen section are becoming a joke now and almost not even worth coming into anymore. Im sick and tired of seeing tons of posts "OMG im so small help me get bigger!" It amazes me how stupid some of the people on these boards really are..."I do it because i can, i can because i want to, i want to because you said i couldn't."
