Went to Texas roadhouse with the goal in mind of eating no more then 2200 calories and meeting my macros. Unfortunately, this didn't quite go as planned. Infact, I even eat 1 pound of steamed broccoli in the car 30 mins before we ate in order to stop myself from binging to hard.
Pre-dinner
15oz steamed broccoli
Dinner
16oz steak
2 sides of french fries (me and my girlfriends.)
1/4 a bbq glazed chicken breast (my sisters.)
1 side of chili
2-4 servings of ketchup
1 serving bbq sauce
4 rolls
1 full container of butter
1/2 serving peanuts
1 massive slice of apple pie, caramel, and ice cream.
Post-dinner
1 snack sized Mcflury
1 snickers bar
1 butter fingers bar
1 snickers ice cream bar
1 oatmeal raisen cookie
Estimated total weight of food consumed (not including water.)
In between 4 and 5 pounds.
Estimated total calorie intake consumed.
No clue, if I had to guess, I'd say 4-6k calories. If anyone has any guess's feel free to share =)
Now the fun part. How do I go about the next day? Should I simply add some cardio to my morning lifting, and go on as if this never happened. Or do I attempt to burn off all the extra calories tomorrow/over the course of this week?
I'm currently bulking at 3k calories, and if I had to guess, I'd say I just ate 2-3k calories over where I should have been.
Any advice is appreciated, and yes I know I'm weak minded. This is why I don't let myself binge =P

How long did it take you to get through all that? I would have a hard time keeping all that down.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

I wouldn't even bother and just enjoy your meal you had.
2k over is nothing
I had 5 400cal creme donuts and a 2L tub of full fat ice cream the other night after my grandmas funeral. You can do much worse like 10k over!Yes... I've started a log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159357321

I'm still trying to imagine eating a pound of broccoli in the car while there are other people in the car with you...
What were they eating? Or were they just watching you?Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.

Ya gotta watch those movies. I saw them all when they first came out and bam! Childhood memories. I remember everyone in the states quoting that movie and wanting to be Australian. And then people forgot. And then came the Crocodile Hunter. And then he died and everyone forgot again.
And now Australia is banning chicken eggs...or at least the battery caged ones that most people depend on...Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
