    Working out chest after shoulders??

    My workout has always been

    Mon - Shoulders/Bis

    Wed - Chest/tris

    Fri - Back/bis

    Sat - Legs

    However, I am busy tomorrow evening so I want to workout tonight instead...(Tuesday).

    Will training my chest the day after I did shoulders be detrimental to the resting tiem for the shoulders?

    you will probably wear out quicker on press exercises. .You should be fine for flys. I wouldnt make it a habbit

    If I were you, I would just do it. But don't make it a habit (like the other guy said). One week of this won't kill you though

    u can get away with it bur do nt do it every week. also biceps do nt rele need doing twice a week there only a very small muscle and if you trying to get bigger arms then do triceps there a much bigger muscle of the arm.
