My workout has always been
Mon - Shoulders/Bis
Wed - Chest/tris
Fri - Back/bis
Sat - Legs
However, I am busy tomorrow evening so I want to workout tonight instead...(Tuesday).
Will training my chest the day after I did shoulders be detrimental to the resting tiem for the shoulders?

you will probably wear out quicker on press exercises. .You should be fine for flys. I wouldnt make it a habbit
