    combine crossfit with bb

So i've got my sights set on serving in the 75th Ranger Regiment.

so it seems to me that crossfit is the ideal, obvious choice.

but, for now, i really dont want to lose any of my muscle mass/strength.
the ladies dig my chest and ams :P
plus its aways been my forte and my leg up on the other army guys. heavier weights dont bother me as much as it does them (rucksacks and weapons and whatnot)

at first i was trying to think of a way to like split up my weeks, like alternating CF and BB.

but what if I split up the whole year? like 4 months at a time of each?

any thoughts on this? i feel like this would make it so in the 4 months im doing cf, i wont lose the muscle/strength i got, and in the 4 months Im Bodybuilding, i wont lose much of the fitness/endurance i buit up doing cf.

or maybe even 3 months at a time of each

any thoughts/ideas would be much appreciated!
