One Month into Rippetoe's (My Gains)

Hey guys. Started Rippetoe's around the 1st of January. I started at 330 trying to lose weight and I am down to about 299. I have seen some great gains so far.

Squat - 155 to 225 (3x5) (I think this huge gain has to do more with flexibilty and form than actual strength.

Deadlift - 225 to 305 (1x5) (Once again I think this has to do more with form)

    Bench - 135 to 155 (3x5)

    Power Cleans 135 to 145 (5x3)

    Standing Military 90 to 110 (3x5)

I want to get a little extra Forearm and Trap work in, does anyone have any recommended lifts, or should I just stick with the basic program?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Farmers walks might be useful, but honestly, I wouldn't worry about niggling details like that till later. Just keep riding the wave until it stops, then re-evaluate.

    Keep up the good work.
