Okay, some old pics and some modern ones. The comparison side by side is a difference of about ten years, from 110 or so to 128 lbs.
me around my biggest, still probably 128 lbs.
then my travelling job prevented me from working out, so I "shrunk" to my natural physique, but gained 5 pounds. This is at 133, about two weeks ago. I am already looking bigger than this, though, but weighing about a pound less.
I think at my frame, 150 would be huge. There is nothing wrong with pursuing aesthetics at a low body weight, in my opinion, I don't get the criticism of light guys looking for aesthetics.

I had a 26 inch waist in the top pictures, probably a little over 27 now. I also have a bone condition I inherited from my father called osteopoikylosis, which I believe has made my long bones pitted and light. He was also enormous for his weight. When he was into lifting, he had almost 18 inch arms at a weight of 145 lbs, height of 5'7''. Mine never reached 15.

Wow, that is a very small waist.
And as for this bone condition...do you happen to know whether or not it is purely genetic? I know my dad does not have it, seeing as he is my height (5'10") and he weighs about 185 at 15% bf, and he doesn't even really work out. He just has decent natural muscularity and a fairly wide frame. Nobody else in my family seems to have it either.

Its a dominant trait you can get from either parent, on an autosome, not on the x or y chromosome. Just looked it up to correct this post. Its no big deal, the only real consequence is an increased chance of bone cancer in your 70s. Its just everybody thinks I am big for my weight, as my father was (excelled at wrestling and boxing - much too strong for most others near his weight) , and I do have a bone disease I got from him, so I think there might be some correlation, but its not like my doctor told me I was light because of the disease.
