I guess some pussy called a drug hotline at the school and told the hotline my brother had weed in school. he got caught with 3.9 grams not that much. this is his only major "crime" in school. they said he can get at most 20 weeks suspension, but they said to my mom he probably wont get that many weeks suspension. does anybody know whats gunna happen? i live in new york by the way if that matters, and if theres a better place in the forums in here please let me know. thanks

don't know about new york, but back in high school in cali a kid got caught up with 2 ozs in his car. He got suspended for a week or two.
Weed is not the biggest deal ever, ur bro will live on and be fine.

yea i heard it depends on the school. 5 weeks ? jesus. Do you attend a private school? Public school i went too , you could get into a fight or get caught drinking at a dance and end up with 5 day suspension. It all depends on what the school rules are i guess..idk..

the way to handle the situation is find the snitch and beat him to pulp for rattin over weed. as for you brother takin it to school that was just dumb. at my school we get expelled for it, so idk about ur brother, schools are different

Gotta love them snitches... Seriously as far as the punishment goes no one can really answer your question as every school/principle is diff. In cali if you get caught with weed depending on the quanity its usally a slap on the wrist and thats that... 2-3 days most. They are actually in the process of legalizing it here. I doubt he will get kicked off the team. If he goes into the hearing admiting it was stupid and giving his word it will never happen again they might just give him a minor suspension.
As far as that snitch goes, he should have an idea who it was. I'd wait a month or two, catch that lil basterd slippin walking home and stomp him out till my nike logo is imprinted on his forhead. Can't stand haters, its like do you homie dont worry bout what I do.

20 weeks? Thats like half a school year. You sure it's not 20 days? I know my highschool was max 11 days suspended or just expulsion. I find it hard to believe they're dishing out 20 weeks.

he will most likely be charged with intent to distribute a commercial amount of an illegal substance. Hell be looking at about 20-30 years with parole in 5. Get a good lawyer and you sould be okay.

I live in ny and I got caught dealing weed in school last year.. I had 5g. I got suspended for two weeks and my school doesn't tell colleges about getting in trouble so I'm fine. And he only had possession in was selling
