    I got great gains from splits. Have you ever considered that maybe you weren't eating or sleeping properly? What are your lifting stats?

    there are certain genetic elite that do benefit from split routines. usually people with high test, large wrists, strong tendons/joints/connective tissues with a strong CNS.
