I usually eat an hour before I lift. Just feel it out and see when your stomach is comfortable with it.

About half an hour sounds about right. Shouldn't be too big a deal but depends on how sensitive your stomach is!
Getting bigger, one lift at a time.
Hoping to reach 200lb, give it a year?

If you're taking preworkout supplements, you should wait 2 hours.

If you're not taking anything, 1 hour should be all you need.

1 hour 30 mins is good enough , i eat oats, egg , two pieces of toast and bannana yogurt smoothie , so i need 2 hour sometimes i will also take a protein shake maybe 1 hour after the first breakfast.

For me the pre workout meal will make the diff between 100 kg deadlift or 130 kg deadlift.

You should wait between 1.5-2 hrs... not because of the way your stomach feels, but because if you lift before you eat your body isnt achieving the full results of the work you're putting in while lifting. Cardios a different story, you should have a completely empty stomach.
