What I think about the picture? Who am I to judge?
But a good rule of thumb for fat loss in general is to consume 500 cals/day below maintenance, which should target you for about 1 lb per week on average.
Lift heavy and increase protein to prevent muscle mass cannibalization.
That is very general, I know, but you didn't provide much (actually anything) to go on.

I think the picture on the wall is crooked....other than that it is a good "starting point" picture.
Now let us know what you plan on doing to cut the BF and maybe we can help you. Unless you just wanted all of us to see a picture of you...but that is what they have BodySpace for.

See, I don't take it that way at all. I took OP more as a 'hey, what do you guys think about me now' -- basically fishing for compliments or insults or any other type of input.
OP, you're a fairly good sized guy with obviously some level of muscle under there. For me personally, I'd want to lose %10 bodyfat or so but would love to have your base to start from.
If you're actually asking about how you can make better progress or how to cut away more fat then see post above

I am Just looking for some diet/ training advise, that's all.
right now I am using the food addicts food plan. 4 meals a day, the sample diet follows:
BREAKFAST: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup fruit or berries, 3 whole eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
LUNCH: 6 oz meat or fish, 1 cup cooked veg, 5 oz potato or brown rice, 1 cup salad, 1 tbs Vinaigrette dressing
DINNER: Same as lunch
LATE NIGHT SNACK: 1 cup plain yogurt, and 1 cup berries or fruit
Once a week I have a cheat day.

How long have you been on that plan? How are you working out, and how long have you been at it? See, one size doesn't fit all. For example, even though that is pretty clean, I'd never lose weight on it because of the carbs. Keto is the only thing that makes me lose weight. Capeesh?

Why the carbs/sugars before bed? I suggest a protein to feed the muscles such as low fat/ no fat cottage cheese which contains casein protein. That type of protein takes longer to digest and helps feed the muscles through the night while you sleep
What type of workout are you doing and how much and what type of cardio? Are you placing limits on romance? Are you telling me that a sex act involving a robotic monkey, three midgets, a motorized two-headed rubber f'ck-stick, a jungle gym, and some purple truck nutz CAN'T be romantic and loving? - Karl_Hungus

^^^This
Nothing Wrong with white potato or white rice, a carb is a carb is a carb. It pretty much comes down to calories in vs calories out to lose weight. I have seen people contest prep on pop tarts and ice cream, they just tracked their macro's.
hell even when I was prepping I had white rice and white potato's.
Here is some myth's about foods.

Well from what I see you have two options. Depending on what option you pick will be a bunch of other options.
Option 1: Lose Fat.
Cardio, Cardio and more Cardio. I would find me an elliptical and a good HIIT program and go to town. Do that with a good clean diet and in a few months you will be looking great.
Option 2: Lose Fat and Gain Muscle.
This is a little more difficult and time consuming. To lose fat you obviously have to diet. To gain muscle you have to eat. It can be done because I did it but it will take a while. I am on one year this month. I ate healthy, and below maintenance. I also worked out daily doing a lot of cardio the first six months, took a multivitamin every day and lots or protein.
I have been right where you are now. I just wrote in my blog about it if you care to read it.
Good luck my friend.

As was said in the above replies...it all comes down to calories in v calories out. Until you know your maintenance calories, and from there how many to eat to lose v how many you are currently consuming, you are in the weeds. If you've hit a wall you should definitely figure how many calories you need to consume to lose & strive to hit those targets each day. I would suggest tracking your calories & macros daily...You might be surprise by how little/many calories you are actually consuming.
