So you need a spotter for deadlift but not one for bench? No arching during bench? Normally I would dismiss such advice but she REALLY REALLY looks like a powerlifter so she must know what she's talking about.
Funny thing is she probably feels by making these videos she has somehow validated her points. I can totally see this girl coming up to any PL in this forum and interrupting a bench set to tell them they are doin it wrong.
lol I love how there's no mention of racking the bar in the bench with bent elbows. Surely that's safe.

Hm, I don't know if I should trust her advice, but I looked her up, and it seems like she's a christian marine, and she squats in the SPF, so I guess it's all good.
haha I knew I had seen these, that hoe needs to learn how to properly spot a deadlift...when you squat down to the bar you should always have your spotter put their hands under your butt and help you come off the floor to start the lift.Other than that shes right on the money with everything.

I've seen it happen with sumo before. One of my friends took an attempt at 600 and over-pulled and fell backwards about 4 inches from lockout. Dominic's video is the first one I've seen with conventional though.
