    5 1/2month bulk progress pics

    I don't really have any before pics of me flexing but this is the best I could find.....whyyyyyyyy soooooo serious hahaha


    My routine has basically been just lifting hard and eating, and whey of course

    Stats before-
    squat-135x5
    dead-I honestly forget haha its progressed though
    bench-155
    weight- around 148-151 I forget haha
    arms- around 12

    stats now
    squat-200x5
    dead-250x8
    bench-190
    weight-170
    arms- getting real close to 15 haven't measured them in awhile, measured them last at 14.25 about a month and a half ago

    gonna keep bulking till about 175-180 then cut for summer, will keep bulking if I get there sooner than I think I will
    Lift with perfect form or there is no reason to lift at all

    I lift 5days a week mon-fri, hit a different body part each day switched the routine up every 3weeks or so to keep the body confused, I honestly don't by into the whole over training thing....this works for me so what the hell why not hahaha

    Looks to be halloween in your first pic which is on October 31, therefore 5 months ago it would have been June. What's with the costumes? Has to be over a year progress. Either way good progress just saying timeline seems a little off.Keep up the good work

    Lold at before pic. IF that is 5.5months, then holy fuk OP great work, perfect everything + puberty burst. It's just that before you look like 14, even your bone structure is way smaller - kinda hard that could bench 150.

    But still good work, lookin good now as well man. Future is bright.
