    Any foods that naturally have good bulking macros?

    I'm finding it harder and harder to maintain a steady diet with good bulking macros. I've been logging my food intake over the last 3 weeks or so for the purpose of finding my caloric maintenance, however, since doing so I've found that my macros are often all over the charts.

    Staple foods in my diets
    Tuna, almonds, Amp Mass(weight gainer), Milk, Eggs, Chicken (when I can afford it), protein shakes, oats and bananas(PWO and breakfast).

    However, are there any foods that are pretty well macro balanced out of the box? Or what are some cookie cutter meals you guys use. I've been considering cheating and making some sort of protein / meal bars that come balanced.

    Heres an example of the last few days
    Protein Carbs Fats
    148 338 56
    176 299 50.5
    169 361 75
    232 383 83.5

    I checked the popular threads list and didn't see any sort of "Here are some great meals" type threads. Maybe this could be the first!

    this is my breakfast erryday
    but i dont gain easy
