Day 2
I've been feeling pretty sore lately most of the time. I'm sort of hoping this stack helps boost recovery time as well.
Edit: I also want to put a pic each day. Though it would be cool to see it in the long run like a flip book. Don't expect much change till middle of week 2 but hey whatever still fun too do.

Side note I like splitting it up into two doses.
2 Act X and 2 Triazole + 1 Lean X 7 am
1 Lean X 11 am
2 Act X and 1 Triazole + 1 Lean X -5 pm
1 Lean X 11 pm
I take each dose with 12oz+ of water.
Should I adjust any of this?

Day 4

Notes:
Awesome day at the gym. Chest/Tris. Solid strength and a good pump and just stopped using pre-workout last week. Felt really good, very good feeling right now.
Diet has actually been pretty bad considering what I want to hit. My mom took me to the store when she visited and got me so much food lol, it's all gone now though diet should be back on track from now on. Will be going home tomorrow for thanksgiving and won't have internet where I'm at on vacation. I'll take pics on my phone and try and figure out how to get them on my lap top as well make notes of how I'm feeling. Will be back to school and on schedule by Sunday. I'm going to continue dosing the same way I have been so no worries log is on track and will be a consistent 30 days of awesome.

Update:
Can't stop eating really salty snacks...I have one thing of food left in my room and its Ritz crackers and I want to eat them by the sleeve...one sleeve is roughly 560 calories! I'm still holding out around 2600 calories right now. I've never really been sure what my maintenance is but I still seem to be gaining definition over these past few days like specifically in my core. Someone please give some suggestions on salty snacks to pick up the next time I'm at the store? I'm feeling jerky is really my best bet to kill this cravings?

Late Update
Hey guys sorry I never updated this thing...was so busy never had time to get progress pics and what not being with family...
I continued dosing regularly with the stack how I planned excluding the Eviscerate. I'm actually really to happy to say there was 0 water retention in the application areas. Thought that was cool.
Another note is also ate pretty poorly like average 3k cals daily not working out. I'll be back on track starting tomorrow. However, I won't be doing any lifting because I have mid-season champs coming up this next weekend and want to do fairly well.
One last note is I ordered both Glycobol and Slin-Sane and looking to try them out during this log. Slin-Sane as the pre-bed one since I've read it shouldn't cause any problems in the absence of carbs.

Looking at your avi, your nipples look stupendous. However much homo you think is appropriate.
Really though... gyno comes in all shapes in sizes (and I have it), so it's easy for me to say "no gyno, gtfo." If estrogen is the issue, who knows? It may subside. If prolactin is the issue, it would also possibly subside (l-dopa).

Haha thanks for that...yeah I actually try and make sure they aren't fairly profound in pics of me since its always been sort of downer for me. Its not a serious issue just something I figured I could get some input on. We'll just have to see what happens.

Nope... just do exactly what you normally do, only try it with the glycobol. At least you're not the only lab rat who can swim.

Day 12

More definition each day. Hoping The bottom two start actually showing up kinda around Day 20. No lifting but lots of cardio and since I'm not lifting practice won't be as exhausting and I'll cut cals a bit more.
Can someone tell me how my back looks? I don't know how a good back looks really but also I've only really been doing back days since the beginning of school in September.

Notes for the day:
Sleep-10/10 Most vivid dream I've ever heard it felt so real. Deep sleep felt great the whole morning not tired in any class at all which was awesome!
Mood-10/10 Positive as hell, nothing can take me down sort of feeling.
Strength-10/10 This one's iffy since I'm applying it to something most people won't be able to relate to. At practice today my arms have never gone through the water so easily. I died really quick though since the water was so cold and at one end the heaters were trying to heat and all it caused was nausea and massive cramps in my legs. I had to go get stretched for an hour and even then they locked up. I also attribute this to a few things like I hadn't gotten much water/potassium today and my legs have been doing that all year. I'm going to a Doc Thursday to get everything checked out. I generally get 4-6L daily, I carry around a Nalgene 1 L bottle, I piss Aquafina. Take a multi and fish oil. Creatine use has been off and on while cramps are continuous so it wouldn't be that but my coach is determined it is even though I'm certain it isn't.
Libido-10/10-They need to invent Boner-Blockers for days like these.
Side Question:
Glycobol-Wasn't sure what to feel? Took 2 30 mins before about 70g of carbs then swam an hour later...timing was bit off. I felt really pumped up but saw nothing unusual vein wise and energy died quick at practice but I explained that.
Any suggestions on getting the most out of it with this diet wise? To get the most out of it for fat loss and/or muscle retention since I know carbs are very muscle sparing correct?

What would you guys think if I took 1 cap of glycobol pre-bed as opposed to casein shake?
Neuron tried explaining this to me but I just couldn't quite grasp it.
Most optimal use of Glycobol for cutting is my question? Already asked but I'm still a slow learner in terms of biology. I'm a mechanical engineering major, I'm good with forces.

If it potentiates insulin's effects, it will not assist fat loss, period. I really don't understand the whole GDA concept, especially considering that they are in no way tissue-specific. The real goal here is accelerating the rate of fat loss, therein shortening the time for which you need to be in a caloric deficit... how does a GDA do that? I have no idea: it seems to me it would have no chronic effect either way.
