Edit: now that I can see your pictures - good lean-ness, and good basic shape. I'd recommend bigger everything, but your ability to cut down to that sort of definition means you'll probably look awesome once you've packed on a bit more mass (which is not to say that you look bad now, obviously - you don't).

great ripped physique. love the cut down the chest, my favourite part to lick, and the chest striations are wonderful. thick core and very ripped, looks great. legs size is ok but need to work on the cuts. arms are good great vascularity. any pics of your thick muscled back? btw any face pics? in the last pic it looks like you have a double chin which is odd at such low bodyfat, do you hold a lot of fat in your face? bloat? also in your avi you have a strong receding hair line

What the hell? Dude posts up a pic of a good, yet not amazing physique which can be easily be attained natural and you still doubt it?
Look at OPs first pic, chest is lagging, his abs are a result of overhead lightning (as can be seen in the last pic) so he is at about 12% bodyfat with that weight. Nothing out of the ordinary.

2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off most of the time. 1-2 strength lifts per day (basic barbell exercises and oly lifts) Sprints about once per 2 weeks. Alternate between 1-3-5 rep maxes. After strength lift crossfit workout. Sometimes from www.crossfit.com, sometimes i make it up. Some are short and heavy (2-8 min) and some longer and light(10+min).
