just started taking jack3d this week. i started with 1 1/2 scoops. it made my skin itch like crazy like i had fleas or something. ive taken it 3 times so far and it has made my skin itch like crazy all 3 times. anyone else get this?

Sounds like an allergic reaction to one of the active ingredients, I'd look for a different preworkout supp.

It's the beta alanine. Many people experience this side effect and refer to it as the "tingles". I, however, have never felt this from beta alanine.Originally Posted by cmallard14

I also get it. Big whoop just feels like dry skin and goes away after 30mins

Like previously stated its the beta alanine kicking in. I take two scoops and I love the feeling when I get it, it last about 10mintues. It shows you your supplement is kicking in. I just get a tingle sensation in my hands and ears --- Lol. Not like a all out ich everywhere.

it happens. you may be mistaking your itching for a tingling tho. happened to me at first tho. you get used to it.

One thing to note.
In my case as long as I shave my Face right before taking it. I Don't feel the sensation.
If i miss a day shaving then take it. I Feel it much worse. Could just be the moisturizing cream in shaving gel?

take it back, and get dynamize expand, it ****tts all over jacked.
i found jacked to give no real pumps and rather poor focus compared to other products and that was when i was taking 5 scoops.

i take 3 scoops of jack3d and i feel *nothing*. No tingling, no energy, no pump, no tunnel-vision, simply nothing.
The only difference is that when i take jack3d, i drink crazy amounts of water between sets coz i always feel thirsty (dehydrated).
