Is it worth it to finish a vertical improving program?

Air Alert, Vertical Jump Bible, Flight right?

Or is it better to designate your own work outs and go from there? Maybe pick and choose a few workouts.

My goal is to get body fat down to 10-12% and increase standing vertical to around 35'

All depends on what you are attempting to gain Air alert will deffinately not help you achieve a higher vertical, where as VJB can.
I would suggest that if you know how to structure a vertical jump program to help you obtain those goals, pick that method. You know your body best, and you know exactly what you want to gain that vertical.
If your unsure of how to reach that goal, use a premade workout. *cough* VJB *Cough*
