what is the best fish to eat. besides tuna i already eat tuna. i know there is different kinds but what do u all prefer?

Halibut and salmon would be up on my list for the best health benefits. Generally cold water fish are the healthiest.

I'd say salmons pretty good, theres also a fish that begins with T like Tilipia or something, I can't remember, apparently that's good too!
