I know of good educated citizens who get caught up and killed in the drug game. A story was not rolled out for them so I fail to see why it should be rolled out for her. I think more often than not it's used, and abused by blacks to attribute their own social failings to an "oppressor".

Slavery/jim crow laws/ect. were all bad... but almost EVERY group of people on the planet have been subjected, enslaved, and discriminated against at one point. That's in the past.

This isn't a good news story at all, it exposes the police on so many different levels and the public believing everything the media see will make them believe the police aern't capable of their own jobs. They will take the law into their own hands and crime will rise.

I try to avoid race posts because it's too easy to sound racist but then again if thinking (knowing) that there are differences between the way people of different races act maybe I am racist, here goes...

Yes, the race card does exist and does get abused. It is just as real as missing white woman syndrome.

I repossess cars for a living. 4/5 of my customers are British and white. The other 1/5 section is made up of mainly Asian, Polish and black people (British or otherwise).

When I take a car from a british white person most of them are ok with it, some kick off and cause trouble but that's what you have to expect when doing my job.

I've never had any trouble with Polish people, every single one that I have dealt with has been great, one common thing I notice about them is almost all of them appologise to me for them not paying their finance and for taking up my time - that always feels wierd. Out of all people I'd rather Polish customers than any other.

About 4/5 of the black people that I recover cars from stand in the street shouting at me about how I wouldn't be doing this if they were white. On jobs where I have police with me they try to tell the police that they (the police) wouldn't be letting me take their car if they (the customer) was white. There you go that is the race card being well and truly abused, it never works but it's as though they think they're going to be able to keep the car if they can make me look like I'm racist. Occasionally black customers get aggressive with me but no more often than white people do.

Yes of course there are differences in the way people from different races/cultures act, if I'm racist for factoring those in to the way that I think then so be it, I've never judged a person on race alone so therefore I believe that I am not racist.

If the race card is just "a term dropped by racists" then what is the correct way of describing the things that so many of my black customers say to me to try to get to keep a car that they haven't paid for? And yes I'm fully aware that if white people could try that method they would do, and it would still be called the race card.
