I like to do Deadlifts,
I notice and try to ignore, that Deadlift lower the height of the shoulders,
Saw a picture of myself a few years ago, just starting to go to the Gym, My shoulder height look perfectly proportion to my body,
Now after reaching my 450 lbs Max deadlift, my shoulders are a lot lower than before...... but i have larger trapezius muscles, which I really like
Its obvious that when you do deadlifts, it pulls your shoulders down....and will get lower overtime,
It seems like the shoulder bones are getting lower,
So I just do 350 lbs deadlift, to minimized that effect,
Guys look at Batista, the pro wrestler, He has huge Trapezius muscles, but see how low his shoulders are.
Any way of doing deadlift without the lowering of the shoulders,

I respectfully disagree
It will initial retain its shape, but the constant application of pressure or load, overtime will deform the object,
measure the spring before putting the weight, then measure the spring with the same weight on it, load it on and off for many months, remove the weight and measure it, you would see a difference,Last edited by Brian205; 11-17-2010 at 03:37 PM.

I could've said that your body is a sponge, air mattress, sandwich whatever. No matter what gets interjected into your formula you can word it so it sounds true. Fact of the matter is, your body isn't any of those things.
You have nothing but bad metaphors to explain your reasoning. That was my actual point."negs suck, dont they? now STFU, save your breath for your blow up doll and go back in your moms basement and watch TUF, snot nosed little boy. oh, and next time ask permission to say anything to me."
