    I'm constantly tired.. Even after 10 hrs of sleep..

    WTF.. Pissing me off. I need 14 hours of sleep to function normally or else I'm extremely tired. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have no time to study and eat enough and do other things because of my sleep schedule. I gotta eat 4k calories and it's hard .. So little time. Last night I slept 9 hours. Got home at 3 pm.. Slept from 4 pm - 10 pm. And I'm 1600 calories short and I'm so lazy and tired right Now. And ima be tired as fk tomorrow. Cuz I won't get my 14 hrs of sleep.


    Completely srs. Note- sometimes I'll grt 4 hrs of sleep and feel the same with 8 hrs of sleep -- I'm always tired.

    I gained 2 lbs since September because I have little time to eat.. I need more time. But if I sacrifice sleep I'm so lazy to move . And my head hurts cuz I'll be so tired etc. Pisses me off

    Try to push back to 7-8 hours per night. set your alarm and have something to do when you wake up. if you oversleep, you just reset your sleep cycle and feel tired for another few hours.

    Trust me, everybody is like that.

    Try to wake up early and do something active. Stay far away from your bed as possible. Perhaps, do a workout in the morning and go do something productive. (On the weekend, I usually go for a jog or a gym and go to a closest coffee shop to read...so I don't sleep in). And afternoon coffee works as well.
