100 grams of chicken breast :S

Lol I am really confused about it. Its not a big deal, but I want to know. I don't have a scale.

How much is 100 grams of boneless skinless chicken breast? And how many calories approximately?

The previous box I had said serving size 1/2 chicken breast is 100grams. The new box, the chicken breast is the SAME size, except it says 1 chicken breast is 100 grams. I don't remember the previous brand, but the brand I have now is hallmark.

Generally runs about 125cals per 100g of uncooked chicken breast skinless.
With skin exp.. chicken strips is around 200cals as he says above.
Also hallmark website says 100cals.. so really its all about the brand.. some leaves more fat on some don't

I go by 165cal/100g for cooked chicken breast. Read it on some government website about chickens lol.

I had 3 whole chicken breasts yesterday for dinner. Was good bros. Don't know how much it weighed though. Either way I didn't worry about protein that day.
