don't do a blatant "approach" but a little convo or a question is probably a better thing
honestly i'm not in the frame of mind for "the game" when im working out so it's like a 180 mentally like "oh wait wut ahhh i gotta be smooth now"
maybe when he's getting water or if you see him doing some exercise that isnt done often you can ask about it etcLast edited by captainhorseboy; 05-28-2008 at 07:58 AM.
Excuse me, your seatbelt seems to be broken. What do you recommend I do?

small talk, water fountain, btw, WRONG APPROACH thread.
but seriously, as long as it's not in the middle of a set, if a girl approaches me, I won't care. Just keep the convo short and to the point.Everyone knows rusted screws on a bike means that you probably drove it underwater and that's bad ass in itself.

all you guys are like "omg samantha08 is hawt i'd let her do whatever and drop everything" and i mean yeah she's a comely lass and all but it's still annoying if someone randomly starts talking to you when you're doing something else.
no matter how hot a girl is, if she came up to me in mid-workout at a bad time i'd be kinda turned off by the fact that she had no concept/respect of someone else's schedule/timeExcuse me, your seatbelt seems to be broken. What do you recommend I do?

there's no good or bad approach. if a guy is interested he'll respond to the most ridiculous and stupidest approach you could possibly think of.
if the guy isn't interested, some brilliant approach won't make him fall in love with you.
I think passing him and making eye contact, saying hello, smiling, and continuing your business is a good place to start.
my fiance came up to me at the gym and basically made a douche of himself. he tried to act all suave and badass. that didn't even matter, i still liked him anyway.
