I don't think I am going to be updating my weight everyday. It causes too much anxiety and deflates me when I put in the effort and don't see the sclae moving. I have 15 days left. So maybe once every three days?

I am liking Lean Extreme. The next fat reduction thread I start will use it.
I am not sure what REDuction is doing. I can't tell any differences when I take it. Has anyone else used it before?
I like the oxyELITE product. I think I may switch it up with Lipo-6 next time.

Interesting. Much respect... my grandfather just got out of the hospital after 8 weeks and over the past two months I've seen nurses do things I wouldn't do for a million dollars. Best of luck with your future career.

    This.

Doesn't have to be a huge tweak to get things moving again either. 10g carbs here, or 5g fat there.

I jumped on this stack as well, have gone from 185-179 in like 3 days. Not too shabby, but guessing a lot of it was water weight I had built up. None the less my core does look a little leaner, and thats what I'm going for.

Energy is through the roof, but I have had trouble sleeping, normally im a 6-8 hour guy, since on this I've been a 4 hour solid sleeper. Then I typically catch 45m-1hr nap in the afternoon.

My workout isn't nearly as intense as Roth's

    30 mins on stationary bike
    20 pushups x 5 sets
    20 crunches x 5 sets
    20 lunges x 5 sets
    20 curls x 5 sets (17.5 lbs)
    20 tri extensions x 5 sets (17.5 lbs)
20 leg lifts x 5 sets (holding at top for 3-5 seconds each lift)

I cycle through each exercise 1 time, for a total of 5 cycles. Takes about an hour a day.

haha, I feel ya there man. Tough to do it some days, but then I just kinda think to myself, wtf else do I have to do?

Plus been kinda frustrated with my results for a while. Been hovering around 190 for about 4 months, so decided to change it up a bit a few weeks ago, before that I was just doing 30 mins of cardio a day, and some real light toning exercises. Wasn't getting it done.

I want to work some crossfit style workouts into my routine - not because i think they help build muscle any better, just because they look fun - but i too am brutally lazy.

I was taking oxy + lean xtreme for a month and half now.
    Start weight 226 now 203 ha !!

my daily routine was 3 days a week at gym w/ jack 3d
no leg or cardio at gym just arms and back.

then i work from 3 pm to 12 am as a cook hince why i try not to do abs.

I figure moving around in the kitchen alot = my cardio

the lean xtreme reduced my appitite so I was eating alot less than before.

Last week I ate horrible but somehow weight still kept going down.
