    high bicep insertion brahs

    feels bad man....my biceps are decently sized but i cant wear a loose fitting shirt or else they look tiny so i find myself having to wear tight shirts all the time you bra's got any tips on living life with high insertions?

    Should people with high bicep insertion train differently then those with low insertion? Prolly doesn't matter much but I'm wondering if there is any exercises that may work better for high insertion.

    i have high inserted biceps and they're my smallest/weakest muscle but you gotta do wat u gotta do.

    Actually, higher insertion points lead to stronger biceps abilities. But, you're definitely right with the deal with it part. Hit the forearms harder to close the gap between forearm and biceps.

    I got high bi's AND hi tri's, sh!t sucks when you wear a low cut t shirt.

    My two tips to make your arms look more full:

    - Hit your brachialis with reverse BB and hammer curls, the brachialis is the split muscle which seperates your bi's and tri's but most cant see it unless you have really low bodyfat. This will thicken up your bicep/elbow region. It will also help with your bicep as the brachialis will push the bicep brachi upwards giving it better peak.

    - Hit your medial tri heads hard with dips and close grip bench, this again will fill out the lower portion of your arm near your elbow region and make your arm look more full overall.

    Squats, Bottom 1/4th of preacher curl movement, reverse curls, Squats, hammer curls and heavy rowing and squats, and pullups.
