Are you just running on the treadmill for 30 minutes or are you doing two-a-days outside in the summer heat? If the former, don't lose sleep. if the latter, you should know that there has been discussion as to the potential impairment of exercise heat tolerance and hydration status in relation to creatine, but it seems as long as you stay within the recommended amounts of creatine, such supplementation doesn't appear to hinder the body's ability to dissipate heat or negatively affect body fluid balance. Thus far there haven't been any long-term studies that focused on markers of hydration or thermoregulation.
