Workout for the day..
Note: Endurance was up, pumps were great...light day so no noticeable strength difference.
Incline Dumbell Bench press
60 x 15
70 x 15
90 x 12 (2 sets)
Hammer Strength machine press
3 plates per side 4 x 12 (30 secs rest per set)
Incline dumbell fly
50 x 12 (3 sets)
Wide grip dips supersetted with push ups
3 sets to failure
Abs
Hanging legs raises supersetted with crunches
3 sets x 25
One thing I notice is that I sweat like crazy on it. Maybe it is the thermogenic properties of the Napalm. I feel like I can train for days on this.
Note: this is day 3 of the stack.
PS-
Can anyone inform me how to post pics? I snapped some with my cam phone today. My UNSPONSORED Muscle Warfare LOG.

Today was biceps, triceps and will be doing cardio later.
Note:
I did something different today and mixed one serving Napalm and one serving NUKE together and began sipping before my workout abd continued through my workout.
Napalm once has again had a tremendous thermogenic effect and I was sweating like crazy. Pump was great and endurance was long lasting. Yesterday was a carb depetion today so the pump was a nice surprise.
Workout:
Seated DB curls-
30lbs x 12
35lbs x 10
40lbs x 10 (2 sets)
Machine preacher curl
80lbs x 12

Dips w/ bodyweight
4 sets to failure (Probably got 20-25 reps)
One arm overhead extensions
25lbs x 12 (3 sets)
I am very impresed so far. The taste is not great, but thats not a concern anyways. My UNSPONSORED Muscle Warfare LOG.

I took the weekend off from weight training to rest for the upcoming week.
Today though I did one hour cardio (fast paced walk) and sipped the NUKE while doing it.
I am still leaning out nicely and maintaining much more muscle fullness throughout the dayMy UNSPONSORED Muscle Warfare LOG.

Just a quick update!
Things are going great. I have gained 2 pounds lean muscle which is surprising based on my diet and training. This is based on a 9 fold skin test not the scale.
I have uploaded two pics to my bodyspace. My UNSPONSORED Muscle Warfare LOG.
