Hey all, well the boys over there at Promera Health were kind enough to hook the three of us up with their Con-Cret product for a test run! I'm feeling pumped for it as I know my constituents are as well.
I'll speak for myself as I know my buds will as well, but I am currently bulking up at ~178lbs, ~3500cal (roughly 250g protein). Training split looks like
Sunday - Traps and Calves
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Legs
Current lifts are
Flat Bench: 255x4, 225x10
Deadlift: 420x1
Squat: 315x5
Looking forward to getting this started . . . we're still waiting on the product but I'll let you know when it gets here and we can get started!

Training Routine:
I am currently doing 5/3/1 program, on my 5th month and results have been good so far. Pic below is of the upcoming month (although have not been able to do legs because of ankle, will change up day 4 a little)
Goals:
Current goal is primarily strength building with a recomposition effect, hence why the carbs are not too high. Eventually will transition to a cut for the OBF, but looking to add one some last minute strength and size while not gaining fat before cutting.
Think that is about it. I will get some start pictures up very soon as well

Great job on the log, guys. This should be a pretty epic run for all 3 of you. I think you will see some great effect once you start taking Con-Cret. I am in and definitely following you progress, what more motivation do I need?

Hey guys, concret still hasnt been delivered, but we just did chest yesterday and tried the nfl combine training for bench press. I got 11 reps, which I was pretty pumped about.
Made this for the levrone report (yeah I follow kevin, come at me bro) but figured I'd share it with you guys as well.
Also just got back from back day and I deadlifted 405x8. Don't worry, got a vid to prove it

Went really well actually. The guy asked me a question and I answered it in terms of bodybuilding . . . the expression on his face was priceless and afterwords he said that I needed to lecture him about getting into the gym. Alright, well I may as well just drop an update even though I havent received my concret yet
Yesterday was legs, and man was I crushing some weight.
Usually I only go with 2 sets at 315 for my squats but yesterday I was feeling good
Squats: 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, Front Squats: 225x5 (first time ever doing them)
Leg press (dont really remember weight; just # of 45 plates on each side): 3x8, 4x8, 5x8, 6x9(PR)
Individual hamstring curls (mostly for pumping blood into muscle): 4 sets
Hamstring Curls / Leg Extensions superset: 5 sets of varying weights and reps.
